No Transaction fees apply for recurring ACH payments.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover (transaction fees apply and are noted on the resident portal.
Please note that if an online payment doesn't go through a $75 NSF fee will be incur and may subject rent payment to certified funds only. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover: Each card transaction will have a service fee of 3.1% of the monthly scheduled billing charges on that residents account (concessions/credits not included).
